GoogleFrom london to wales House sa15 5uw, The lane was all pot holeS, over grown, This was like a gypsy site The front of the property the was a large drop, Where a car/van could slip down in ice when turning or reversing into the drive, I find john francis is a stranger to the truth when selling houses they should invest in a drome aerial view so people looking for a house or bungalow don't waste there time, or money D.P HEDGES

GooglePosted on behalf of my parents: We were very impressed with the professional manner in which the whole team at John Francis Carmarthen handled the sale of our property. The prompt Valuation visit was carried out by Neville, whose knowledge of the property market and the area was second to none. The sales details were submitted in a timely manner and our request for more photographs was met with a prompt visit from Claire who took more details and photographs which arrived very quickly for approval. As soon as our property went “live” we were inundated with requests for viewings. The office phoned to arrange appointments and liaised with us to keep disruption to a minimum. Within 24 hours the office contacted the viewers for feedback that was then passed on to us. This was great as we were not left wondering whether viewers were interested or not. Within four weeks we had four offers and accepted the one that met the full asking price. Throughout the whole process the John Francis Office staff were helpful and any concerns were had were dealt with in a very friendly and informative manner. We would take this opportunity to recommend John Francis,headed up by Neville and Claire backed up by the rest of the office staff to any prospective vendor. A very efficient, friendly and successful estate agent. Thank you

GoogleWanted to view a property Sent 2 messages and left a voice message (within office hours) but no one got back to me, did this over a weeks timescale. Very unfair on the house owner as this may have caused them to miss out on a sale. I'm a very motivated buyer.

FacebookMisleading advert over a very significant fact led to me being out of pocket and wasting time. They didn't even acknowledge my complaint but put the property back on the market with the advert on their website still containing the wrong information.

GoogleThis office is small enough to care, large enough to have procedures in place to deal with the awkward tenant... this team really go beyond the norm to ensure that they earn their fee. Highly recommended. I have been using this office for a number of years now and they always deliver more often than not in testing circumstances... Highly recommended
