My family and I relocated from Hampshire England to wales, earlier this month and we were struggling to find a home, until we starting speaking with Ruth and Aled. Their professional approach coupled with their speed, ability and competency, ensured that we not only found a property in these testing times, but that we managed to get accepted, completed contracts and move in exactly when we wanted, to ensure our son could start college from our new home. GoogleAfter quite some time house hunting for my first home in the Carmarthen area I stumbled across a property that fitted the bill that John Fransis had for sale. Being sceptical of the whole prosecute and having being gazumped by Clee Thompkinson on a previous purchase I was treading carefully. The John Fransis team was very reassuring throughout the whole sale and as being a novice in the business of a house purchase they really helped to calm any nerves regarding the situation. All staff were very welcoming and warming. From Michelle on the first viewing, Sam for the mortgage advise and then finally feisty Chris on managing to hurry along the what seemed never ending seller solicitor waiting times. Amazing service and amazing team Thank you John Fransis and I’m sure I will use your services in the near future.

GoogleAll the staff I dealt with at John Francis were polite, knowledgeable and always ready to help and advise in any way they could during a fairly protracted sale period, which was NOT their fault in any way. I'm very grateful to Neville and the staff for guiding me as they did through the whole process, and at a very reasonable charge. I would heartily recommend this firm particularly because of the 'Personal Touch' which was apparent at all stages of the process.
