GoogleSamantha from David James was really helpful on a property viewing. She was upfront about any issues with the property, the last time the boiler was serviced, any building work carried out on the property, was knowledgeable about the area too which is a bonus. Thanks David James, give her a pay rise.

GoogleIt was a pleasure to deal with all the team at David James. They guided me easily through the new COVID landscape and dealt with a series of difficult prospective buyers. Friendly and professional, from measuring, taking photos, uploading video guides through to viewings, suggesting legal representation and eventual completion.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleDavid James have hands down been the most professional and efficient estate agents I have dealt with. They got me booked in for a viewing and confirmed it instantly. Other estate agents have lost my bookings and others have never got back to me. For my viewing I was met by Nick who was lovely, and extremely helpful. 5 star ⭐ recommended
