I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better experience with agent Claire. From the very beginning, she was warm, professional, and incredibly easy to talk to. She has such a clear and confident way of explaining things, which made the whole process feel far less stressful than I expected. Claire really knows her stuff. She took the time to walk me through the complete history of the house, answered all my questions (no matter how small), and made sure I fully understood what was happening and the condition of the house. Her advice was thoughtful, well-informed, and clearly based on real expertise. What stood out most was how approachable and genuine she is. You can tell she truly cares about her clients and wants the best outcome for them. She was always quick to respond, patient, and reassuring whenever I needed it. If you’re looking for an estate agent who is knowledgeable, well spoken, supportive, and genuinely dedicated, Claire is the one. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend her, a well-deserved five stars!

A very good experience with Jason Ward (who I’ve spoken to a number of times over the years but was never quite ready to sell) and especially those in the Carlton Hill office including but not limited to Lauryn, Lorraine and also a big thanks to John G for his masterclass in assisted viewings and Natasha for being uber responsive all the way up to and including completion day. Certainly not the cheapest in an online world but local expertise, honesty and trust with a high street presence if you need it, was very much worth the extra outlay.

A representative from David James Carlton was supposed to come and value my property today- for information; the office is situated at the top of my street. 3 mins walk at most. At 12 mins past the manager left an almost inaudible phone message saying he may be late. He arrived at 3.24 saying the job involves talking to people- my reply was it is hugely impolite to arrive late and gives back impression of the service potential sellers would receive, however he decided to walk off in a huff - I had spent all day cleaning the house- very unhappy with how it went - but probably a lucky escape.

From start to finish, from the viewings, to me constantly ringing and badgering with anxious questions, to then sorting out any issues - all of the staff I spoke to/interacted with were extremely helpful, I had the most contact with Beck, Lorraine, Hayley and Natasha and they all contributed to making the process of buying my first house a smooth one. Estate agents tend to get a bad rep and I get it, but I genuinely had an amazing experience with these particular estate agents. Thanks again for all your help!
