We saw a property that was with an accompanied viewer named Beck. It was refreshing to be provided with information about the property upon entering, Beck seems really experienced and very lovely. She showed us around the property but also let us have a wander, she answered all the questions we had and gave us advice. I would definitely recommend David James Estate Agents, by far the best I have viewed with, and ask for Beck, top tier and knows her stuff and an absolutely superb person.

We couldn't recommend David James enough for all they did to help us get our sale through. It's nice to have a local estate agent who knows the area as it makes the whole thing much more personal. Selling our family home was extremely stressful but Lorraine was great and kept us updated throughout so that we knew what was happening. We'd also like to thank Natasha who helped a lot with keeping us up to date with the initial viewings and getting them booked in.

Had a viewing with Beck and it was a total pleasure. She had some key info ready for me when I arrived and knew what she was talking about. Anna was very punctual and respectful. As we were there early and the previous viewer had not arrived she allowed us to have an earlier spot which gave us more time to look around the property properly. She was very informative and knowledgeable and made a good representation of the property. We would like to thank her for her full attention even though the first viewer eventually arrived which meant her attention could of been compromised however managed it extremely well. She was very professional.

After an initial bumpy start I was recommended to move branches by a friend who had just sold her house through the Carlton Branch with Natasha. From the minute I spoke to her I knew I was in safe hands. Natasha did an amazing job at sorting out really difficult issues and put into plain English some of the more complex solicitor communication She not only helped with the sale of my house but really went above and beyond supporting me and guiding me through the purchase of my new house. I am very appreciative of David James and would like to thank Lorraine for all of her hard work this week. We have had bad experiences with another estate agent who was unresponsive, uncaring and made the whole process difficult. However, she has made this whole process a lot easier and less stressful. The vendors accepted our offer within an hour of making it official and Lorraine has worked very hard all week in order to get to the point we are now - receiving the memo of sale. We even had to change solicitors as we turned out to be using the same as the vendors, but Lorraine helped us get it sorted within the same day as finding out. She has responded promptly to any questions I sent her, has been understanding and very helpful. I can't thank her enough. We had almost given up on finding a house and now I am feeling a lot more relaxed (obviously I can't fully until we get the keys but this is a huge step in the right direction).
