You are straight onto tasks to get the replys that customers need too! Thank you so so much also thank you to richard for showing us around our forever home too. GoogleDavid James have been an excellent Estate Agent, who I used for the sale of my house and also for the onward purchase of my new house. They continually strive to ensure customers are informed and updated at all stages and provide a helpful and friendly service. David James have made sure my experience has been as streamline and straight forward as possible and doing the chase for solicitors... which has taken it off my list of things to do! I would highly recommend David James Estate Agents to anyone looking for an efficient and friendly service

GoogleWhen it came to selling our house I wanted to go with an agent that knew the local area well and David James seemed to be an obvious choice, whenever you see one of their for sale boards it is never long before the house is sold which I thought would be perfect. David came to the house to value it, it was December so he was honest about the market around Christmas and following his visit didn't hassle us or force us into making a decision which was a great! After choosing to go with David James we never looked back, once the house went on rightmove we sold it within a week and had viewings everyday! throughout the process Lorraine and Natasha have kept us up-to-date at every stage and clearly have great relationships with the local solicitors and other estate agencies which has really helped with the whole process. Like every sale there have been hiccups and delays but none of this was down to David James and they have always been on the end of the phone to listen to me stress or question anything I didn't understand. Not only have they been great agents but the recommendations of John Raybould in the mortgage shop and Yates & Co solicitors have also been fantastic and I cannot fault the service. We move next week but wouldn't hesitate choosing David James when (and if) we move again.
