GoogleI chose David James to sell my house as they provided quick and complete information on their service and fees (half the estate agents I asked wouldn't tell me what they charged without making an appointment!), and because they were very competitive in price. They were efficient and friendly, and viewings were arranged flexibly to suit our requirements. Supported us all the way through the process. No regrets in using them, would gladly recommend.

GoogleMy girlfriend has used David James twice, once five years ago when purchasing this house and now when she is selling it on. Both times have been a fantastic level of service (Natasha and Lorraine mostly on each occasion), continually updating us on all major and minor aspects of the sale. They were able to push buttons to speed the process, I would definitely recommend using them.

GoogleCalled the Carlton branch over a week ago, left a voicemail to call me to arrange a valuation, heard nothing, no missed call or voicemail left by them. Rubbish. Have now contacted other estate agents in the Nottingham area
