Although the sale did fall through (through no fault of the estate agents), Rachel still made sure to keep in touch with us and sent us other properties we may be interested in, and sent her congratulations when we found a property via a dofferent agent. GoogleA very friendly team who are always willing to help. During the house purchase process I was advised about everything I needed to know and the best people were lined up all along the way to make the process as simple as possible. Having Embrace Financial Services available in the Carlisle Office greatly aided the mortgage application process. Throughout the rest of the journey I was kept informed and given the opportunity to raise any queries. GoogleI phoned Your move when I received a card through the post. Nicky Lusher came to get the house details and she was very professional and friendly and not pushy at all. I went ahead and Helen Rudd was my main contact from then. The whole process was handled without any problems and my house was sold very quickly and Helen was always available to answer any questions I had. She was both knowledgeable and professional.
