We came to Cumbrian Properties last Wednesday to get a valuation on our property. We decided to instruct them to sell our house. Liam came round Friday morning to take the photos and details, by Friday evening it was live on their website and within 10 minutes I received a call to arrange 2 viewings. On Saturday morning I received another call to arrange another 4 viewings, by 10 am Monday morning the property was sold subject to contract.
