FacebookMany thanks to all at Cumbrian Properties, especially to Liam Irving and the fantastic Ann Miller. Really dedicated & friendly team. Helpful from the very start from the Valuation (Liam) right through to the Sale & Completion (Ann). Always at the end of the phone when we had questions and when they were negotiating the Sale. A very polite and professional service, highly recommended and all done under 9 weeks.

FacebookI have used Cumbrian Properties for many years. I am a landlord who can rely on efficient staff to get things done. They are on the phone when they say they will and have things complete when they promise. They find tenants quickly and are tip-top at their jobs. Trustpilotterrible service from this letting…
terrible service from this letting agents avoid at all costs. Advertising a place to let that are actually up for sale even though they knew and the landlord knew we were looking for a permanent place. They also knew we had over a 300 mile trip. When we submitted the application we were told that no one else would be accepted , only to find out more people had been accepted . AVOID!!!
