Went in enquiring about a tenancy agreement and some advice, within hours of passing all the required information on to Sarah from the letting department, she had all the paperwork emailed to me ready for my tenants to sign. Thank you team Cumbrian properties!

Excellent service in all departments. The staff were always very helpful when we had any queries during the sale of our house and the purchase of our new one. From the first visit by Liam, it was obvious we had made the right choice. A professional team working well together and with clients. A joy to work with and we would highly recommend. Very professional team and great assistance provided by Sarah, Sales Negotiator at the Carlisle office. Plus, a huge thanks to all staff involved from the Agent showing us around the property to the Lettings Team for the invaluable information they've provided.

Haven't even bought a house yet, but I really hope these guys are selling the house we choose. We've spoken to a few of their staff along the way and they've all been great. Service has been first rate since we made contact.

Bought from these guys during lockdown…

Bought from these guys during lockdown and they couldn’t be more helpful especially with the seller having health issues. Karen was an absolute star and kept me updated throughout going that extra mile. Thank you for all your help.
