First time using Cumbrian Properties to find a new home for myself and my partner, Sue couldn’t have been more helpful! Made sure we were happy with the property and ensured that we had all the information we needed! She was super quick to reply to emails and get back to us over the phone! Would definitely recommend letting/buying a home from here! Can’t wait to get our keys! 🤩

Fabulous service from cumbrian properties again ! Thanking Susan Moses in lettings and Maria Beattie in maintenance for all their professional help and advice . Do not hesitate to let your property through cumbrian properties or to rent a property here as this is by far the best letting agent in town . Great Estate agents if you are looking to buy or sell your dream home too ! Would rate higher than 5 stars if it was possible !

I have been amazed at the professionalism and help that I have received over the past 3 moths. Living 3 1/2 hours away from the property that was put up for auction was tough BUT Cumbrian Properties made everything possible. They have been there to offer advice, to talk me through every stage and have kept me in touch at all times with a friendly and thoroughly approachable agent who, unfortunately, I will probably never meet. I seriously cannot recommend them highly enough. They have been great .PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

I would like thank Cumbrian Properties…

I would like thank Cumbrian Properties on selling my house. From the initial call through to the final hand over, the whole experience was a breeze. I would like to give a big thanks to Ann in the Carlisle branch as she went the extra mile to ensure the date wanted for handover was achieved. But all the staff I had contact with were excellent.
