As a landlord who has used this company to manage 1 property- I am unhappy with the service they have provide me and my tenant. Lack of communication/excessive management fee/ use poor quality contractors/ don't provide photos of property following visits.

Our main contact was Rebecca Carr in the Carlisle branch. She responded to emails quickly, if we called and she wasn't able to take our call immediately, we'd always get a call back shortly after. We were dealt with in a professional and courteous manner with all queries followed up and gentle nudges when we needed to complete a task. Everyone has been working differently and under extra pressures during Covid restrictions, but we didn't feel any negative impact because of this from our end. We would recommend this company based on our experience.

The sale price was far in excess of what I had envisaged and overall I am completely satisfied with the service provided.
