I have rented my local property over a 10 year period, using 3 different Estate agents, due to the unprofessional incompetence of the first 2 used. During this period it was placed on sale for two 6 month periods without success. In desperation, I moved yet again, this time to Cumbrian, who were a breath of fresh air. They are led by a dynamic, proactive Director and staffed by helpful and experienced staff who respond immediately to all queries. After only 6 weeks the house was sold. I would highly recommend Cumbrian Properties to anyone wishing to rent or sell their house

I would like to highly recommend the staff at Cumbrian Properties in Carlisle. They were helpful, efficient and thoroughly professional on all occasions, giving me regular updates on the sale of my property and advising me thoughtfully on what actions to take. I would like to name Jackie Miller and Rebecca Carr particularly for their careful attention to all my queries, always handled with cheerfulness and accuracy. I am very pleased I made the decision to put the sale of my property in their hands, and would recommend others to do the same.

It was an absolute pleasure dealing with Cumbrian Properties, we have just arrived to the area and weren't sure what documents we needed , references etc but Conor and the staff in Cumbrian Properties were wonderful, they made our journey into our new home a hundred times easier. We dealt mainly with Conor, who was extremely professional, knowledgeable and friendly. We have 2 little dogs too and while some other agencies in the area didn't want to know, Cumbrian Properties, on the other hand , couldn't do enough to help. We would highly recommend using these guys if you are renting or buying in the Carlisle area, or just call in for some local knowledge ! Thanks again

We bought a property through Cumbrian Properties, and found their service as buyers to be excellent, straight forward and very helpful. As a result we also switched from a different estate agent to Cumbrian Properties to move things along and sell our previous home via their auction, which did well. Ann in particular was very helpful in dealing with the viewings and the process of selling in the auction, making the whole process very easy. Very happy with both our purchase and sale through CP and will definitely use them again in the future.

Everyone involved from first contact to closing the deal have been absolutely fantastic. I have moved numerous times (mainly work-related) but I have never experienced such a professional, caring, on-the-ball company. Everything happened at the time scheduled and during a fairly stressful negotiation timescale I was kept informed of progress throughout the day. Many thanks to all the team!

Found my buyer during the lockdown. At times with no communication It felt like a long process as viewing from the buyers was not possible , the agents were aware and helpful when I rang up on many occasions to ask how things were progressing. My point of contact became Kathryn Kelly, who I found to be a helpful friendly staff member that was a true professional with a good insight to the individual.PositiveProfessionalism

I had Rob come and value our home and explained we wanted a quick sale so we could secure our new home quicker. He valued our home and advised what he thinks would be best to get a quick sale, which totally worked as 1 week later our house had sold, but still at a price we were really happy with. We’ve then had Sarah since then helping us with the legal parts and she bas been amazing, constantly updating us which keeps us reassured that everything is happening without us even thinking about it! Really appreciate you all 😊
