You were all very professional and prompt in communicating developments along the way. Liam was friendly and efficient at the first visit and the phone calls from Kathryn, Gemma, Nicola, Rebecca and Laura(hope I haven’t missed anyone out!) … More

Simply outstanding professionals, especially Susan, who was prepared to go the extra mile with care and consideration. She guided us through the process of rental, without making it seriously onerous, bringing ourselves and the landlady together sensitively. Thank you Susan.

The recent sale of our house was professionally and proactively handled by David Hogarth and Sasha Earl. David made himself available both on an evening or weekend if necessary. Sasha was equally professional and on hand to answer any queries or update us accordingly. We would highly recommend Cumbrian Properties.

Sue Moses made the process of renting…

Sue Moses made the process of renting Innisfree as stress free as possible. I was having difficulty with the Canopy vetting process, she took over the vetting and all was resolved in minutes. I had been on the Canopy site for some time and got little help from them even when I asked. Sue could not have been more helpful
