GoogleCumbrian properties are a wonderful estate agency and in particular their employee sue moses has been outstanding in her field and furthermore her genuine care of support towards finding the correct rental property and making the move and paperwork a total breeze. Not to mention everything was said and done within a week. Highly recomend to anybody looking to rent. And I would take the utmost pleasure in using this agency in the future when it's time to buy my own home. Thank you, Sue! You'r a star!

GoogleI recently started a new job in Carlisle, which meant moving from my old residence in Ramsgate. I have now moved into my flat in Carlisle and I couldn't be happier. Being 380 miles from my intended destination brought on some unique and difficult challenges regarding viewings, references, and communication. Despite this, Cumbrian Properties have been very accommodating with all steps of the process. Fair and consistent communication, quick turnaround, and meticulous detailing/documentation of the residence made me feel very secure throughout the move. I would highly recommend Cumbrian Properties to anyone.

GoogleI have reported all maintenance issues to Maria Beattie and no job has ever been too big or too small to try and resolve for me. Maria has always delivered on her promises and seen all jobs through making sure the right people are involved and all work completed in a timely manner. Maria has always been helpful, courteous and professional in all our interactions whether over the phone or via email so I am really pleased with the level of customer service I have received to date. GoogleCumbrian Properties have been fantastic from the very beginning, we were with Strike originally and had the worst experience with them so needed to change. Going from Strike to Cumbrian Properties was the best decision we have made. Emma Ewing and Rebecca Carr have been fantastic throughout the whole process and have sold our house within a few weeks. The buyer they have found us are lovely as well as down to earth people. Would highly recommend Cumbrian Properties to anyone. Thank you for such a great service.

TrustpilotRightmove and asking people to reduce is their selling method
No promoting of property. No negotiation skills. Poor communication when it matters but can phone to tell you how many people have viewed on Rightmove. No concerns for the safety of their clients. Not bothered about questioning if potential viewers are in a position to buy. No consideration for pets at the property. Adrian the manager does not respond to emails addressed to him. £300 to get rid of them.

Ann always kept me informed of what was happening and answered any queries I had promptly and efficiently. I would highly recommend. Excellent service. I would also like to thank both Karen McCarthy and Louise Birkett at the Penrith office for all the help they gave me when selling my property at Southwaite Green. They arranged and attended viewings and provided feedback which was helpful.

FacebookWe sold & purchased with Cumbrian Properties and I would highly recommend!! 5☆ From the valuation with Jackie and Liam to the viewings from our own property to view and purchasing of our new home Kathryn was outstanding. They say selling/buying is one of the most stressful things you can go through we had our fair share of stress but NOT from Cumbrian Properties thanks to Kathryn. She returned every call, within a very timely manner, I don't think I ever waited more than hour! I felt more like a was chatting with a friend, Kathryn also kept our buyer upto date with everything which was just amazing as we did hit a couple of bumps but thanks to Kathryn we did not loose our buyer. Honestly Kathryn we really cannot thank you enough the service you provide is exceptional and you are an asset to Cumbrian Properties! I don't think I would be sat here in our beautiful new home writing this if it wasn't for you - Thanks again to everyone at Cumbrian Properties and especially to Kathryn I will miss our chats and wish you all the very best!
