Sales representatives very helpful, always helpful exchanges. Maintenance very average, often asked to chase and confirm contractors yourself, no accountability on them to push to get your property fixed (haven’t experienced this with previous tenancy’s) Getting deposit back - very poor. It’s been 2 weeks and I’m awaiting a quote for a small amount of paint to be patched up (came off when cleaning). New tenants already in. Luckily I’m not desperate for the money back, but if I was a struggling family who needed the money I’d be in a pickle.

Ok so I was going to hold off writing this until things were sorted but enough is enough and it is time to express my experience. Simply put these are the worst agents you could possibly imaging Communication as a tenant is simple. It would take weeks of back and forth for simple requests to be completed such as asking for proof of rent payments. ironically to the point I filled out their website contact us form with an issue and got a call back the next day asking which property I was interested in. Clearly they are only interested in signing up new tenant rather than offering a service to existing ones. If you have an issue the only way to resolve this is via their own portal system which creates a barrier to having repairs carried out. Now I have moved out they are holding my deposit back for repairs I didn't complete due to them not being too much of a bother for me and for cleaning the apartment again despite having had it professionally cleaned with a guarantee which I could not use as they didn't communicate their intentions. I have to move most years and have rented several apartments over the years. I have never had issues before and always had my deposit back in full. This is a complete opposite story with Taylors Be warned

We recently moved into Cardiff and it was the first time for us to rent a place through an agency. So we were unfamiliar with pretty much everything that is to know about renting a property. Luckily, Taylors letting was there to save our day and 'Keia' was thoroughly helpful with everything. From viewing the property through an online call (because we couldn't afford the time to physically do so) through the paperwork to answering my endless questions, Taylors was there. The entire process was very trustworthy and swift. 100% recommend.

Taylors lettings was a completely different experience to the other agents I have used in Cardiff. I had been searching through properties for a while, and after registering with Taylors it became clear that they aim to match properties exactly to customers needs and desires. I registered interest in a property (which unfortunately had already left the market), however after a quick call with them and, they had my details and an understanding of the qualities I was looking for in a property. When appropriate properties came available, I would receive a call (or text if that was preferred) about it, and when confirmed that it was of interest, photos and details were sent through to me by email to have a first look before hitting the wider market. Taylors lettings were also the friendliest and approachable staff I have had when conversing with agencies. They strike a great balance between working for landlords and tenants, and my experience felt like every party walked away happy upon signing a deal. For the first time since renting, it felt like I was talking to people who understand the importance of finding a home more than a house, and their primary objective was to ensure that customers (landlord or tenant) were satisfied with their investments, where other agencies have rushed deals as quickly as possible just to quickly turn a profit for themselves. The staff who assisted us, Cassie and Keia, were incredible. Friendly, punctual, and professional - they responded to any concerns and queries quickly, and worked to ensure that we were able to move when suited us (which was as soon as possible). Directly because of them, and the process at Taylors, finding and moving into a property, usually one of the most stressful tasks, was painless. Should we move again, our first contact will be a Taylors lettings, and I would recommend anyone looking to at least get into contact with them and see what is available.

So I was looking to sell my property and was sold bag of lies from these jokers at Taylor’s estate agents.•Customer service skills from Luton branch staff were non existent.•The marketing manager ADAM Bolton who signed us up told us lies regarding the contract just to get us signed in and after said he did say those things just 2 days after! SHOCKING •Advertising was shambles, spelling mistakes, •Actual viewing that was scheduled on agent showed up at all and no apology. So no thank you I will take my business else where. Just guys are jokers and I wud recommend you use another agents.!

This is the second time I have worked with Taylor's on house purchases and sales. On my recent Sale, Adam Pritchard (Company Director) attended the initial consultation, which I found a very simple and enjoyable process. Adam's positive and genuine personality gave me the full confidence that the sale of my house was in great hands. Two days after signing my contract, Julie Pritchard booked our first appointment, to which the buyer ended purchasing the house. Now that's expeditious services !!!!Julie was my account manager, and throughout the process, she was the most approachable and proactive person to work with. Yet another great service!

Yet another great service from the lettings team. Vienna & Lesley have been persistent and professional throughout. The covid impact has left me rather downbeat but the ladies have been optimistic ad continued forward, and their tenacity paid off.
