Awful estate agents - selling a property that wasn't even available to buy led us up the garden path after we had forked out £200 for mortgage valuation and then £600 for survey. To then be told seller hasn't even given notice to tenants worst customer service no apologies avoid at all costs!

GoogleHaving decided to rent my home out for the first time I was introduced to Maria from the Cardiff Bay office who sorted everything out for me as I work away from Cardiff. I found her to be very professional and understanding. Taylors would be first choice for anyone thinking of letting out their home as far as I'm concerned!

GooglePoor communication. Very expensive agency fees. Once you've paid, all service slows down / stop. Can't get hold of anyone for the past two days.

Google"LOST" all of my property documents and guarantee paperwork!! Lied to me, Gary Hancock - Branch Manager, didn't return any of my many calls. Maria Davies, told me she didn't know the contact details of the Area Manager (REALLY??) when I said I want to take my complaint to a higher level! Appalling Service, appalling customer service, Avoid!!
