An agent from the Luton George street branch told me during a viewing they won’t put my offer forward to the seller because I have my own conveyor and mortgage broker. Another agent repeatedly denied me a viewing at another property for over a month, I had to go and speak to the seller directly and found out that Taylor’s had viewings held during the previous weekend.

GoogleThis is an excellent, thoroughly professional company which I wholeheartedly recommend. I required the services of a lettings agency for the first time this year and had a poor and very stressful experience with another agency before switching to Taylors. From the outset, their approach was reassuring and they communicated regularly and professionally throughout. Their marketing/reach is excellent and it took a matter of days to arrange a very good and suitable tenancy for my flat. I have full confidence in Taylors and will certainly be using their services again in the future.

Awful awful people in Northampton branch, customer service could not be worse. Rude staff with not a care in the world about people who actually need a place to live and who essentially pay their wages. Booked a viewing and took days off work for it three times only to be let down at the last minute every time, avoid this shower at all costs.

GoogleI can highly recommend Taylors Lettings. Having never rented out a property before, the team at Taylors provided a great deal of support and advice on what legalities and other matters I had to think about. They rented my property out within a few weeks of it being on the market, to very respectable and trustworthy tenants, and a year on I can still call on them for assistance. I will certainly be returning to Talyors, when my property becomes available again.
