GoogleAlice and Maria have both been incredibly during our journey in finding the right flat. Maria would always send me an email when new flats come up and would always make sure they were in our price range with the qualities we were looking for. She's an amazing help and was super responsive (even when I'd email late at night!) Alice took over to help us with the flat we're currently hoping to move into and she's been a dream. I always receive an email back from Alice within 10 minutes, she's incredibly kind, friendly and will go out of her way to help as much as possible. GoogleUnprofessional, unethical and dishonest people. I had visited a house and immediately said I wanted it for several reasons. Even though I had tried to pass my details and the payslip, the agent Ashleigh Muir, said that there was no need and that we could do it later. On the next day, she contacted me saying everything was Ok and we were now on the step where I had to come into an agreement with the landlady. On the next day, she confirmed everything was OK, and that was the last email she ever replied to me. I found out the next day the house was rented and not for me, even after she told me to go ahead and sent the notice that I was leaving my actual property. I have never been contacted again (even after calling her directly) until I left the review in GoogleMaps. This time the manager, Again Gary Hancock, replied with lousy excuses about some colleague of her rented the house and not her. In a nutshell, I now know that the full branch acts under unprofessional, unethical and dishonest values. Be careful when using their services you might end up without your actual and future place to leave because someone else in the agency rented it, although you reserved it first. POST EDIT: I now recomend MGY just across the street, a complete different service with lots of attention to the costumer.

GoogleWe have found Taylor Estate Agents in Cardiff Bay to be very professional, efficient and very friendly. Their service has been of the highest quality and their advice has been extremely helpful. Gary Hancock has helped us enormously through both buying and letting our property and is always available to give any advice to any of our questions. The level of customer service has been exceptional. Taylors marketed our property extremely well and found tenants for us very quickly, and they have always replied to our correspondence promptly. They are a great team. We would recommend them to anyone. the whole Team at Taylors are very efficient and helpful at all times.

I had experienced some less than professional estate agents in my hunt for a suitable property to rent, but with Taylors I found what I was looking for and was dealt with in a totally professional and efficient way. GoogleWhilst looking for a rental property recently I have spoken to countless letting agents in the Cardiff area. Taylors were the only agent I felt really cared about finding me a suitable home. Ellie filled me with confidence in Taylors, she called me and took the time to listen to all the things we would need from a property. Her suggestions were spot on, and I really felt like she cared about finding us somewhere we'd love. She was easily contactable and kept us up to date with what was available and where we could view. GoogleDidn’t chase the landlord up for a response regarding our deposit until he finally responded 2 days before the deadline for us to counter the decision. The response included arbitrary costs with no receipts or quotes attached, no proof the damage had been taken place and we had very little time to counter these costs because he’d responded so late which lost us hundreds of pounds. They wouldn’t fix anything whilst we were there including when the fridge freezer broke as it wasn’t deemed essential. Absolute farcical service and I’d never recommend letting with them.

GoogleIn terms of rentals, they see landlords as their clients and tenants as their product. Did nothing to fix our property then attempted to take our deposit to pay for damages. Happened to the person before us who had such a bad experience they reached out to us during our tenancy. Taylors even passed on fake invoices as part of this. As a tenant exercise extreme caution as they will abet the landlord in taking your deposit if and when asked.
