GoogleExtremely rude and incompetent staff. After months of waiting and multiple requests I have not been able to receive my copy of a signed by the landlord let agreement. Have used Taylors twice. Each time it was an absolute disappointment.

GoogleAs first time landlords we were apprehensive about letting out what had been our home. We approached Taylor’s as had rented through them several years ago. James and Vicky from were fantastic throughout the process, spent time discussing our options in an exceptionally professional manner. We had confidence that they would market the property appropriately and find suitable tenants. The whole process was straight forward and with competitive rates we decided to use them to manage the property for us. Can’t recommend highly enough at this stage.

GoogleTaylors sold us a house in Grangetown at the start of the year and subsequently secured a letting on the property for us following a refurb. Their sales team were extremely professional and diligent and nothing was any trouble throughout the purchase. Separately the lettings team were extremely helpful in explaining process and procedures to us as fairly new Landlords. Again nothing was any trouble. Communication throughout was superb. GoogleI decided to let my property through Taylor’s and I can’t fault the service from start to finish. They managed to find suitable tenants even during a global pandemic and lockdown, kept in regular contact, offered good advice and made the whole process really easy. Considering the global situation I have been extremely impressed with the helpful staff (initially Jodi and subsequently Gary) who have gone over and above to help me organise everything. I would definitely recommend using Taylor’s if you’re looking for a professional and efficient service.

Googlevery disappointing experience with Sian and Darren, was told to pay 400£ to "get the ball rolling" and take the property off the market. 2 months later I get notified by my solicitor that the seller has pulled out of the sale - no contact from the estate agency, not a word or a reason, no courtesy call, nothing. I find out because we are so far in the process the 400£ is non refundable. Also turns out the property wasn't taken off the market by the estate agent at all and was still advertised at their local branch! Very quick to take people's money however nobody there when you want some answers. Please avoid.

GoogleAvoid at all costs. Abrupt change of behaviour once the contract is signed. Complete lack of support throughout the renting, maintenance for instance. A fee was charged to provide references even though it should be free of costs by law and on top of that, they literally took 45 days to refund the deposit (values agreed 1 week after I moved out). Staff is quite friendly over the phone as well as in person, but get little if nothing done afterwards, just Promises, promises and promises. Extremely annoying. I do not recommend at all.

GoogleDo not trust this company to manage your property. I engaged them because I live 300 miles from the property in Cardiff Bay so inspections by me were not possible . They checked the tenant out despite being 1 month in arrears. Expensive furniture had been removed from my apartment by the tenant and Taylors refuse to accept to accept it was their responsibility to notice the inventory they drew up on check in did not match on check out. I am now pursuing the matter with the property ombudsman.

GoogleWe were looking to relocate from Carmarthen, Taylor's were the only lettings agent who went out of their way to suggest properties that might be suitable. Great service, very helpful and friendly staff. --- Re-review: Above still stands but unhappy about the amount they charge for agency fees (£400), renewal fees (£125) and "emergency line" only being open 9-5 week days. --- Also worth noting that after I changed my review they asked if there was "anything" they could do to change my review score, which makes me dubious about all of the 5* reviews on here.

Maria, who has been my contact and helping me, knows the market well and offers a very sound advice. All the work was done without any hassle.
