GoogleOk so I was going to hold off writing this until things were sorted but enough is enough and it is time to express my experience. Simply put these are the worst agents you could possibly imaging Communication as a tenant is simple. It would take weeks of back and forth for simple requests to be completed such as asking for proof of rent payments. ironically to the point I filled out their website contact us form with an issue and got a call back the next day asking which property I was interested in. Clearly they are only interested in signing up new tenant rather than offering a service to existing ones. If you have an issue the only way to resolve this is via their own portal system which creates a barrier to having repairs carried out. Now I have moved out they are holding my deposit back for repairs I didn't complete due to them not being too much of a bother for me and for cleaning the apartment again despite having had it professionally cleaned with a guarantee which I could not use as they didn't communicate their intentions. I have to move most years and have rented several apartments over the years. I have never had issues before and always had my deposit back in full. This is a complete opposite story with Taylors Be warned

GoogleI have just let out my property with Taylors Cardiff Bay branch. I have genuinly been blown away with the service and professionalism of the letting agent Harriet Spittle. She has made the whole process seamless and has reassured me throughout the whole process. With changes in Welsh rental legislation it more important than ever for landlords in Wales to ensure that they are providing the highest standards of accomodation and safety for their tenants, I would highly recommend Taylors to any prospective landlord to let their property through them. Spent a year in a house share where they did nothing to remove an awful tenant who stole food and caused aggravation that several had to leave early. The cleaners they had come in stole equipment and didnt do a bloody thing Have the nerve to confirm that my balance was clear and then try and take rent arrears from the account.
