Keia and Cassie at Taylors Cardiff Bay were the most pleasant estate agents that I came across in my flat hunt, and immediately from the initial call, they supported me in finding the right property, taking it off the market and helping organise a tour before a move in. Looking for a private accommodation in Cardiff was not a pleasant experience for me as an international student. However, Taylors team were a life saver for me. Absolutely the worst. They did nothing for me, the landlord, when tenants destroyed my property and let the issues go on for months leaving me to constantly deal with everything - then why was I paying Taylor’s estate agents a feee for full management? They are dishonest and do not care about damage to the property or the landlord/ landlady. Avoid at all costs.

This team of people have been amazing from first interaction to moving in , always willing to help and really support with a massive change in my life. Message on the Thursday and was in the place by the Wednesday. Was passed around the office and everyone really went above and Beyond to really help. Maria was messaging me till around 9pm one night to really help with all my questions and queries I had as I have never moved before.
