If I could, I wouldn't give even one star. The agency/agent worked on behalf of one of owners, helping to delay and stalling the sales process for one owners benefit. And personal gain, as recieving money for this from said owner. Often not replying, selective replies, replying with delays once recieve instructions from other owner.

I’ve dealt with 5 different estate agents in Cardiff whilst looking, and Taylors are the only company who have actually tried to help. GoogleAvoid at all costs. Abrupt change of behaviour once the contract is signed. Complete lack of support throughout the renting, maintenance for instance. A fee was charged to provide references even though it should be free of costs by law and on top of that, they literally took 45 days to refund the deposit (values agreed 1 week after I moved out). Staff is quite friendly over the phone as well as in person, but get little if nothing done afterwards, just Promises, promises and promises. Extremely annoying. I do not recommend at all.

GoogleTaylors have helped us throughout our experience of finding a property. Keia introduced some great properties when we visited and matched all the criteria we were loooking for. She kept us in the loop and provided updates that helped us plan our move in succesfully, answering any questions we had. Would highly reccomend.

GoogleWe were looking to relocate from Carmarthen, Taylor's were the only lettings agent who went out of their way to suggest properties that might be suitable. Great service, very helpful and friendly staff. --- Re-review: Above still stands but unhappy about the amount they charge for agency fees (£400), renewal fees (£125) and "emergency line" only being open 9-5 week days. --- Also worth noting that after I changed my review they asked if there was "anything" they could do to change my review score, which makes me dubious about all of the 5* reviews on here.

GoogleAmazing service! I spotted an apartment to rent, rang up, and Alice arranged a visit within 2 hours. How quick is that! Over the next 2 days, the correspondence went back and forth, resulting in us renting the property. If a company is prepared to offer this kind of service, then the results will follow.
