About Seraph Property Management Cardiff

Seraph Property Management are specialists in residential and block management as well as many aspects of domestic and commercial property maintenance. We adopt a personal approach to managing a property and ask about the individual’s goals as well as thinking about the property over the course of its lifetime. Our clients range from individuals with one property through to letting agents that wish to outsource their management as well as freeholders, leaseholders, developers and receivers of rent. We also work with other management companies to take care of their maintenance and facilities management. Our core management team are based in Cardiff, from here they will co-ordinate all aspects of property management including compliance, finance, health and safety and customer liaison. They support our Site Agents or Housing Officers who will visit our portfolio regularly and ensure the properties are being kept to the expected standard, or visit when an issue is raised. They are based in the area relating to your block along with trusted contractors for emergencies and general day-to-day work.

Having never previously sold a property through the Auction Process at first I was very hesitant, but my fears were short lived. Vicki James from the Llangefni office was most professional in all areas including fully explaining the Auction process, formulating the guide / reserve price, keeping me updated on customer viewing's etc. I must also mention Jamie @ Charlotte from the Holyhead office who kindly undertook all of the viewings. Needless to say I would not hesitate to recommend Williams Goodwin all Wales Auction department to other owners / potential purchasers.

First time in 7 years that a Seraph Manager is taking care of the property in Russell Court, in a couple of months he sorted more issues in the property that the other previous Managers in the last 7 years. My experience of this company has not always been positive, and at one point I would have given a very low rating. However since Sara Hughes has been my point of contact I have to say the service has significantly improved, and now meets my expectations of a company managing a high end rental. Currently very happy and no complaints.

Great experience renting an apartment in Whitchurch with this Company. Really clear communications and prompt review of property pre and post tenancy. Kaitlin Vanner was super helpful. If I come back to rental at any point I would certainly return to Seraph.

Seraph finally managed to fix the electric gate at Bartley Wilson Way entrance.That gate has not been working correctly for the last 15 years! Big shout out to Callum at Seraph for succesfully managing this complex project.
