Being first time buyers, she took her time to explain everything in detail and was very professional and connected with us on a personal level, which made our experience worry free. Every Peter Alan staff member we dealt with was very helpful, accommodating and professional. Definitely recommend.

OK until we signed the contract but once signed up it was a catalogue of errors, incurring huge costs, providing quotes for work which we found to be unnecessary and ridiculously overpriced after obtaining our own quotes. They also messed our contractors and tenants around. Will avoid dealing with them at all costs in future.NegativeResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleFirst of all there should be an option here for Zero stars, because Peter Alan letting department (Canton Branch) does not even deceive one star. These guys are very good to start with because they want your business and money as soon as they get their money, they don't want to know you. Initially I was given a good service to let my property, when I called them and left messages they will return my calls. As soon as they got their money, my calls were never returned, my emails were never responded. They charged me for services that they never carried out and now they wont give me my money back. My friends and family will never use Peter Alan for an services. I lived in Africa where customer service doesn't exist at all, but after using Peter Alan Letting, their service is worse than one I got in Africa. If you want to save your self time and money, PLEASE NEVER USE Peter Alan Letting (Canton Branch), AVOID at all COST, don't say I didn't warn you. AVOID AVOID AVOID al all costs.

GoogleReally good in person service, man couldn’t help enough. Only thing is, I’ve rang in over 20 times this week to get information on a house I put an application in for, not once did they answer, or reply to any of my emails, which is annoying because the move in date is the end of February :(

GoogleI have been in touch with the agency since the date last week when they advertised a property in CF11. However, at first, they did not have the keys to arrange viewing but when they did get them a week later after the advertisement, they informed that due to the number of requests, physical viewings would not be possible and virtual viewing would be sent via WhatsApp. I have called several times since yesterday, since when I was supposed to receive the WhatsApp but I have been just told it will be sent etc etc etc and I'm still waiting for it. Worst experience and height of unprofessionalism from experienced letting agents like Peter Alan.
