GoogleHad a very good experience with Cameron, helping my partner and I move to a fantastic new house in Pontcanna. Very helpful throughout the process and highly communicative. Very quick to deal with any paperwork issues and upfront with everything. Also really good to get work on house started so we could move in as soon as we wanted. Would recommend

GoogleAvoid at all costs! Workers commit fraud and get their friends into properties who then don’t pay. Peter Alan then refuses to help with anything

GoogleI highly recommend Peter Alan for anyone looking to rent in the Cardiff area. Jordan in particular was fantastic and helped me secure a property and get the keys within a week of the viewing! GoogleNever had such bad service from an estate agent error after error failed to lock back door after a viewing only for them to contact me saying someone had broken into my property door left wide open and room full of snow , messages never passed on , paid for professional photo which belong to me but would not hand them over when i went with another agent WILL NEVER USE PETER ALAN AGAIN

Being a first time buyer can be a daunting process but Liam and Ron in particular have been excellent in helping to guide me through the process and have always made themselves available for any questions I have (there have been a lot!). I would happily recommend them based on their friendly and professional service.

GooglePolite on the phone when enquiring about property to rent but they do not get back to you when they say they will phoned twice still waiting so i don't know if the flat is still available every thing is left up in the air most frustrating.

GoogleMade an appointment for 10 o'clock, came all the way from Brighton, which meant getting up at 5 in the morning. No agent has turned up or even bothered to contact us that the meeting would be cancelled or unavailable. Called at 10.15 to hear some absolute bullshit. Complete waste of time, disrespectful and ignorant. Would never ever recommend.

'Hayley' found a house for us and I need to mention that we were looking for something not easy to find, she was very helpful from the day of viewing a house. She is very patient with my first timer questions.

GoogleVery bad experience with this estate agency. Have been renting out from them for over 3 years, kept the flat clean and tidy yet they have 'stolen' 70% of my deposit at the end of tenancy. They came up with ridiculous things claiming money for almost everything. Not reccommended at all.
