GoogleI had given my Holding Deposit for one of the property but due to some issues with Council tax of the property , I decided to cancel my move in and also informed the Agent who even agreed to my request. I was promised that my Holding Deposit would be refunded in 2-3 weeks but it has been almost 2 months and I have not received my Holding Deposit till date. The agent who accompanied me for the viewing was very humble , down to earth and I really appreciate the way he helped us with the viewing. I can understand it does take time in releasing the Holding Deposit back but I waited for a very long time. Request the Customer service to please address my issue. GoogleI recently moved back to the UK on the Saturday and was looking for a fully furnished apartment. I saw an apartment I liked on Peter Alan website, I called and asked if I could view the apartment...this was mid- afternoon and Fern from Peter Alan came out virtually straight away. I liked the apartment and said I would take as I needed a place to live as it was already vacant and fully furnished. I would just like to say how stress free it was moving into my apartment. It was all done on line with simple forms to fill in. The staff were so helpful and accommodating throughout Therefore, regarding timescales I viewed the apartment on the Monday evening and was in the next evening... seamless and stress free. If you want great service I recommend contact the team at Peter Alan

GoogleI looked at a lot of flats for a few days and dealt with some less than reputable seeming folks showing me thesebox rooms and expecting me to be excited about them. Then I came to view the flat I moved into and was surprised when confronted with a lady called Fern who was more than helpful and very friendly. I was kept in the loop about everything going on and emailed daily until my move in day the pre and post care I received were second to none I would definitely recommend Peter Alan in Canton to others.

GoogleI used their landlord service and was appalled by how bad it was. They don't return your calls, they didn't do any of the checks they said they would until I chased them repeatedly and even then they took another month to do it. The sales team are well trained but the service team are below standard. They were happy to take our money but didn't provide the service they said they will. I'm amazed they can sustain a business based on such poor service.

FacebookWe have been waiting for days £900 deposit sent for weeks reminder for refund. House all clean and tidy. No one answers and the money is being held for no reason. It seems to be a Fraud. We have tried in every way to discuss but no one listens to us.
