Rented a property with Peter Alan, since before moving in there was a lack of communication, when moved into the property, it was not cleaned at all was very dirty and has the previous owners shoes and even teeth in the bathroom!! Had tried changing rent payment date since before we moved in and still has not been sorted. Found out that they had not payed out landlord for the first three months we were there when we had been paying our rent to them. We needed maintenance assistance and was not granted by landlord as they had not received rent. Would call for things to be sorted out and not hear anything so would call up for an update and not even remember our previous conversation! Would never rent from them again and do not recommend to anyone! Stay clear!!NegativeQuality

I recently viewed multiple buy to let properties with Peter Alan and the service I received was second to none. Angharad who was dealing with this for me was extremely knowledgeable about the properties and was able to ease my mind and answer any queries I had about the area as I’m not local. I couldn’t recommend Peter Alan enough!

Cleo (canton) and Dianne (Barry branch) were fantastic all through our purchase. Despite having comms issues with solicitors and sellers, Dianne in particular was always helpful and friendly. Cleo was great in assisting us at the beginning and end of our purchase, they also picked up the sale sign promptly as promised.

Absolutely awful estate agents - they're brilliant when first arranging the letting but do absolutely nothing after that & will let the landlords get away with murder. We had so many serious repairs that needed to be done everytime we rang to complain that nothing was being done we always got the same answer 'nothing we can do' they can only pass messages and thier job ends there. We have now left the property and they are letting it out again within 2 days of us leaving claiming that it is newly refurbished even though we were there 2 years using the original pictures from before we moved in. None of the repair issues have still been addressed & the garden is completely unsafe. I feel sorry for the next person they fob this place off onto

I have rented a flat in Roath through Peter Alan, and have been very happy with the agency so far. Agency fees for renting aren't cheap, although not worse than some other agents I spoke to. Paige was excellent throughout - she communicated clearly and was friendly and very helpful, helping to organize furniture and fixing a minor maintenance issue on moving in. I'd certainly recommend.

So I rang back, and again straight to mailbox. Not even have a chance to arrangement viewing, house has been let agreed.
