Until recently, I owned a flat in Century Wharf which Martin & Co in Cardiff have managed for me when let out to various tenants. They provided an excellent letting service and when I sold it in August, their attention to detail was brilliant. Should I ever have another property to buy or let, I would most certainly use them. Great agent! among so many real estate agents around in Cardiff, we are really glad that we chose Martin & Co to sell our house. The house was sold in less than a week after being marketed. We were not really lucky as the lockdown started just a week after we secured the buyer, so everything was suspended for months. But even under such difficult situation, Martin & Co still did their best to keep us updated and things moving as fast as it can possibly be. Henry visited my property in the morning and by the afternoon it was listed. Within 48 hours I had 6 viewings, and tenants moving in the following week. Just sold our property and bought new one with Henry from Martin & Co. We had exceptional service from start to finish. Our professional photos were taken the day after we signed up with him, all of the viewings were handled by Henry and condensed into one afternoon for our convenience. All offers were negotiated by Henry himself and our property was sold on first day of viewing. We were then moved out within three months! Everything we needed was done promptly and efficiently. The whole process from start to finish was exceptionally easy as he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful, always contactable and on the ball with anything that I wasn't sure of or needed an answer to. He was very friendly and professional. Highly recommended!!

I don’t even give a star may be I will take all the star out if I get a chance and they don’t even worth it. From day one I started renting a flat with them in Cardiff I had issues. I gave a complaint many time and the property was not clean when I initially moved IN and boiler was not working well and gave a complaint. They said the property was cleaned and sanitised by professionals but it was not and later as date moved on boiler stopped working and it took more than two weeks for them to look at it and gave a compliant through citizen advice through the solicitor and next day they came and changed the boiler. When I gave a complain regarding the boiler issue and I had below response from the manager how harsh “If you are cold you are free to buy yourself portable electric heaters, you can have them delivered by Amazon” I vacated the property in a Crystal clean state and now it’s been more than 8 weeks I’ve not received my deposit back. I’ve raised the statuary declaration for DPS to get involved. So think more than twice before rent property from martin and co Cardiff. I have proof off all the emails which they sent us and photos of the property.

Pretty rude and never available to get ahold of. Ignore phone calls, get hung up on, promised things that’s never follow through. Still waiting for our deposit back after 2 months, said they contacted the landlord and would get back to us within 10 minutes and it’s been nearly a week still, I tried emailing them again to see what was going on and they got extremely rude and unprofessional with me! Absolutely mortified what I read! through everything they’ve done and keeping us waiting yet again, they had the cheek to tell us to hurry up and return the keys before our tenancy had even ended and wanted them on a Sunday when they aren’t even open?! all their staff are so awful and rude barr Abby I think her name was, she’s been trying to help us throughout the entire tenancy and this newly raised issue, would never ever recommend them!

Great, professional and friendly team, Henry really helped push the sale of the property I was purchasing through to completion. He was responsive to problems That I encountered along the purchasing journey and arranged for additional documentation I required along with an electrical survey after discussions with the vendor. The team went above and beyond what I expected an estate agents to arrange. Henry always kept me informed about progress whether that was a quick telephone conversation a email or text and replied to my enquires across all platforms in a timely manner. After care has also been great from this estate agent offering to recommend trusted trades people and advice where needed. I would recommend you use Martin and Co Cardiff.
