GoogleI have been with Martin&co For 6 years...and honestly they have been the best letting agency I have been with, They have dealt with any issues and repairs that I have had promptly and efficiently. There Customer service is excellent and the Team are very dedicated and you can feel how passion they are about there business...which makes me very comfortable. Anytime that I needed things to be repaired which have been a few times...They have been repaired on the same day to 3 days depending on the urgency of the situation even if i couldn't get through to the agency itself the call centre for martin and co always seemed to get my message through to the team within a reasonable time scale. Overall I think The company and Staff are Reliable, Credible and Friendly. Thank You! :)

GoogleGreat company, lovely and helpful staff and very knowledgeable, particularly mike and most recently Henry.
Fees are really reasonable compared to other companies I have looked at.
Never had a problem in 7years, repairs have always been looked at and sorted ASAP, always been informed of a inspection.
They’re always quick with email replies if I ever have concerns.
Over all I’m a very happy tenant, thank you staff at Martin & Co. ??

GoogleWorst experience ever, I would avoid this agency if I were you. We had problem from the start. I won't write all that has happened to us but if you use this agency be sure to check if your bond has been send to the DPS and take pictures when you enter and when you leave the house. Likely we did this and after a lot of stress we were able to get back the bond thanks to DPS.

Roath branch are not only rude, they are incompetent.
Clearly need a lot more staff training, no one in the office knew the correct laws or how to deal with customers.
