GooglePoor,.... arranged and booked a viewing, drove a 1 hour trip, Nobody turned up! when I rang to ask where agent was I was told I had been called, of which I have no logs or messages. seemed more concerned making excuses than actually apologizing. Good luck to people trying to sell a house with your inefficient service.

GoogleVery pleased with the professionalism of this firm and the proactivity of being sent updates on the latest landlord legislation. Records are kept safely and securely electronically and all staff are polite and efficient. Managing two properties has also improved efficiencies so hope the excellent service is maintained going forward. I am very optimistic at this stage.

GoogleIf I can give it a 0 star, that is what they deserved. Zero response from this agency, never call back, never relay messages, never done ANYTHING. They are the worst property agent that I have ever dealt with. To all potential tenants, landlords and buyers, avoid this place at all cost!!!
