They’ve been very attentive the entire time searching for a house and continued to support us after signing the contract with any queries we had. I’ve had a really good experience with the penarth branch so far. Jessica, Lauren, Lisa and Sarah have been fab. I’m a big panickier and at times felt like I’ve pestered yet they’ve all talked me through everything and put my mind at ease!!

Have called the Penarth branch in the past and more recently, always get a prompt and helpful reply. I was especially impressed by Jess who went above and beyond to offer advice and provide details of various properties to view. Great customer service.

Nothing wrong with the front of office however I would advise not to use there in house mortgage Advisor, I was given a person named John Lloyd Jones to deal with. Even though he was pleasant and friendly and seemed like he knew his stuff but did come across that it was only a hobby for him on the side due to him already being successful in other avenues of business, even so I still went ahead with home knowing trusting that if the agency uses him then he should know his stuff. I clearly stated to him I was a contractor knowing that not allMortgage companies deal contractor income however he used companies that deal with full time perm salaries such as Metro Bank etc. So initial friendly impression soon went out of the window, took my £450 wasted around 4 weeks and then told me he couldn’t do anything. I went to another independent mortgage advisor who sourced a mortgage for me through Nationwide. Great estate agents but my advice is to find your own mortgage advisor who go direct yourself as the guy they use doesn’t really care and isn’t as competent as he makes out.

Exceptional level of detail on my recent valuation compared to the other agents I spoke to in Penarth. Very professional and friendly. Highly recommend Lee if you are thinking of selling, very knowledgable and down to earth, no pressure and easy to communicate with.Also love the photography and drone videos, I was very impressed all round.

GoogleArrived at a viewing and was told the front garden was up for sale separately. Myself and other potential buyers we’re very confused as it was not at all clear in the listing, nor had it been brought up during initial conversations with the agent. Poor, unprofessional approach. Sadly I have to disagree with your comments as it was clearly outlined in the opening paragraph as well as the bullet points and floor-plan showing the planning permission for the adjoining plot, which was reflected in the value. Good afternoon Mr Kennedy, apologies in the delay in coming back to you. I would just like to apologise for your experience. Our llanishen office has to close for 3 weeks due to technical difficulties with our internet. As our phones are teams based following the last lock down is why you were unable to get through other than the divert setup to the other 3 branches. A call should have been made for which I apologise. The only reason we would need to cancel a viewing would be if the property went under offer, was Let or if our client couldn’t keep to the appointment. Regards Elliott Hooper-Nash
