GoogleJust reported jobs that were required on a rental property and spoke to a very flippant woman who continuously called me by the wrong name and called me back to be abusive then hung up.

Good afternoon Mr Edwards, please could you let me know the name of the lady you spoke to and the property it was regarding so that we can investigate? Has the property problem now been resolved? Kind regards Elliott Hooper-Nash Director

GoogleSuperb customer service, very knowledgable, always happy to help and go above and beyond for you. We purchased a house on a buy to let basis with JR and subsequently rented it with them. GoogleBeen trying to find a house for a while now, every time I tried requesting a viewing the person I’m emailing just stop replying to me.

Good morning Mr Baynham, Thank you for your google review. Whilst we are disappointed with the review, I would like to know further information so that we as a family run business can look into this further. As you may or may not be aware you are able to book viewing via telephone, email, whatsapp, facebook and our own website, so I am surprised to hear that you were unable to book in? if you could come back to me with a contact name or property reference that would be great as we don't appear to have you as a record in our database under the name you have provided to google? Kind Regards Elliott Hooper-Nash
