GoogleJust sold our house in Pontcanna through Jeffrey Ross. I must say I was impressed with their service from the initial valuation, through the sales negotiation, and then to completion. I would certainly use them again and have no hesitation in recommending them.

GoogleThe team was really helpful and responsive throughout the process of purchase. The provided estate video and interactive floorplan made a huge difference for online viewing. Sarah in particular was really efficient in solving numerous problems and linking us with the seller's side. Was a sound experience overall and would definitely recommend it.

GoogleIn short : Fine when there are no maintenance issues and you don't need to interact with them but terrible if there are maintenance issues. While some staff are very good others clearly do not care in the slightest and/or are disorganised. More details: I thought they would be a better agency to rent from as they gave the appearance of being more professional however like the vast majority of estate agents all they care about is getting your rent money, which I will mention, I always paid on time and never had an issue however there was a leak in the flat above mine that resulted in my flat’s bathroom being near unusable and it also tripped the electrics so the kitchen area was off, as a result no fridge/freezer or cooker. I informed Jeffery Ross that the water was leaking through the light fittings in the bathroom (I would call this an emergency). Incredibly the appointment booked to solve this was cancelled by Jeffery Ross and I spoke to some smug person over the phone who seemed incredibly nonchalant (because not being able to shower or cook is fine). His response was it wasn't their problem and Jeffery Ross' duty of care to tenants is non existent. So would I recommend them? No, unless you want to be treated like a second class citizen. The other thing I will mention is on more than a few occasions Jeffery Ross had a very different understanding of 24 hours notice to me for flat viewings, 6pm the day before for a 10am viewing is not 24 hours not is phoning just before your offices close so someone is unable to phone back to cancel the less than 24 hour appointment any good. My advice to anyone looking to rent in Cardiff, go private.

Had a free evaluation with JeffreyRoss on a property me and my ex partner were trying to rent. Afterwards me and my ex decided it would be more beneficial for us to sell and split the money. My experience was very open and I would definitely recommend them as an estate agency!

GoogleWe had an excellent experience buying a house through Jeffrey Ross. The sale was expedited on a few occasions by the wonderful Jess - she went above and beyond for us at every turn and ALWAYS replied to emails within 5 minutes! She was in touch with all the solicitors and agents in the chain to make sure everything went smoothly, and made sure we knew what was going on. Complete star!

They have been kind and fair from the beginning and helped us to secure our purchase without unfairly setting us against other buyers, which is the usual tactic of another Llandaff agent.Their service was first class and we really couldn't recommend them enough, we will definitely be using them again!

GoogleI've been renting a flat managed by Jeffrey Ross for 2 years. They were always very supportive, proffesionals and transparent. During these two years JR personnel always helped with every single issue. I usually liaised with Emma Taylor from the Pontcanna office who always was professional and fully supportive. I do recomend this agency if you are looking to rent in Cardiff.

We are in the middle of a COVID pandemic and this is therefore against the law (despite the illegal entry to the property without notice).NegativeProfessionalism
