Really fabulous. We had a bit of an uncertain chain and Sarah Francis in the Llanishen office was worth her weight in gold. I think we spoke to her every day for a month! 5* agency.

Did you book via another name or partner? If it was for a property to let, then sadly as it moves so quickly, once a property is let our systems send our automated texts and emails to cancel viewings.
