GoogleArranged to view a flat at 33 Howard Gardens today 3/5//23. Not a flat but a small studio. Overpriced and a dump. Decorating being done, won't make much difference. Front green untidy. Just another overpriced dump. The whole place needs complete refurbishment. What's the reply all about? You obviously don't know the difference between a studio flat and a flat. Apart from a bathroom there are only 2 other rooms. An empty small room and another small room with the kitchen area which you would have to use as a living area too. A flat has a bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and living room. 4 rooms not 3! Update 24l10/23 The same property still on looks like a rubbish dump outside. No change! These 5 star reviews are rubbish!
Hi Martin, as advertised this is a 1 bedroom flat not a studio flat. We're sorry you think this is overpriced as this is the price the landlord would like it rented at as they manage it and we are only looking for a tenant for them. As you stated the property is being redecorated to improve the current condition left by the previous tenant. Unfortunately you entered the property without our agent present which she would have explained to you what work is being done. If you wish to discuss this further please email us at info@hafrenproperties.co.uk.
