Googlei viewed a property a few days back with my friends .it was a nice property with good amount of space and we wanted to take the property and went to the office and told them about it they said they will contact the landlord and call us or email us back but didnt get an email or call . so my friend called them and asked them about it and they told they will email us the details and the property is available next month . today my friend went and asked them directly because there was no response and they told us they cant give us the property . if this conveyed this to us rather than giving us false hope it would have saved us sometime and effort . it was vary unprofessional and vary rude . i hope no one else have this kind of experience in the future ..NegativeResponsiveness, Professionalism

We are sorry that you felt the need to leave a 1* review. As we explained to you the landlord had only just informed us that he wanted the house let to a family rather than a house sharing arrangement between friends. As such we were unable to offer you the tenancy for this property.

GoogleNothing but good things to say about the service I have received so far from Mehek and Leanne - the two members of staff I've had dealings with so far. They've both been very flexible and adaptable with requests I've had like taking out and putting in certain bits of furniture I needed or didn't need. Very polite and courteous people and there's nothing to fault at all. Recommended!
