I contacted Hafren Properties regarding a flat for rent and wanted to arrange a viewing. Paradoxically, they immediately asked if I was employed full-time, which I am, yet were completely unaccommodating in arranging a viewing after 16:00 (Yet they apparently close at 17:30). They only seemed to want to arrange a lunch time viewing and have ignored two messages from myself in an attempt to negotiate a time as I work outside of Cardiff. This is all quite surprising considering the flat in question has been doing a rotation of GumTree for over a month. Absolute jokes. I am now organising viewings with the help of more professional estate agent.

I was so desperately in need of accommodation as I had to commute from London to attend lectures in Cardiff. Eventually, I found Hafren advert somewhere and decided to try them out. They were just marvelous. A kind and courteous lady called Neela attended to me. She was so professional and acted promptly to ensure that I moved in to the house at the nick of time !
