I have used these agents as they are local and reasonably priced compared to some of the other Cardiff agents. I found there communication and service to be pretty professional as they explained clearly what i was to expect from them. They seem well staffed and very knowledgeable, which was of great help to me - Mehek was so concise and professional in dealing with my situation, as was Aaron

Last month, I needed to find new accommodation and began searching everywhere. Fortunately, I came across a letting agency called Hafren Properties. I initially spoke with Siyma, who clearly explained everything to me and recommended available rooms to rent in shared houses, as I was looking for something close to Cardiff city center. I then spoke with Raelle from Hafren Properties about arranging viewings. She was extremely helpful and flexible, which was essential for me as I work full-time Monday to Friday, making it difficult to schedule viewings during regular office hours. Raelle went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule. After expressing interest in a property on Fitzhamon Embankment in Riverside, I was contacted by Mehek, who was absolutely amazing. I needed to move out of my previous property by the end of September 2024 and wanted to secure a room in a shared house by October 1st, 2024. The challenge was that we had only one week to complete all the documentation. Mehek truly rose to the occasion, accepting the challenge and ensuring I had the keys exactly when I needed them. Now that I’m settled in the new property arranged by Hafren Properties, I couldn’t be happier. The house and room are perfect, and I highly recommend Hafren Properties to anyone searching for accommodation.

I have been looking for a place to rent for over 18 months, i found their website and they had 6 suitable! (better than my local agents) Monday..Raelle showed me around a house, they were extremely nice and informative,. Today its Wednesday , the office staff, Mehek was lighten fast with replies, as soon as i sent file i had confirmation or feed back , with rental confirmation confirmed, so fast and efficient. The viewing was done on a schedule which was impressive as i could manage my work schedule accordingly. I had always heard that hafren properties have the best properties as well when it comes to a tidy place in a good location. We got one which undoubtedly the best one we could ask for. The rent and deposit was also a benifit factor as it was affordable. We had new furnitures and mats installed. (P.S- wish we had the curtains or blinds installed as well :) ). Overall the handling of the deal was done right by the whole team. Mehek Sayeed was my advisor and handled my case responsibly. She was on point with the discussions and made sure all my queries were answered. Mehek is straightforward and will do whatever it takes to get that deal done at your convinience. I also appreciate the whole team's effort in this deal and i want to thank you for having us give this wonderful property. :) And also Siyma, I cant thank you much too. :) Cheers.

Many properties agency even refused to help me but Raella and Mehek keep helping me to make the deal with the owner. James is very helpful to solve some problems in my flat. Hafren, in particular Mahek was excellent in helping me secure a 1 bed flat to rent. It took them three days from the time of my enquiry to me signing the papers for the flat. I was able to move in at the end of the week. The process was quick and easy and instructions were simple and easy to follow. She was able to do all the work for me in a matter of days to for my benefit.

The first flat I rented after moving to Cardiff was through Hafren Properties. After I moved in, I didn't know how to use the heating. Nathan came to my door to teach me how to use it in person; I didn't know how to pay the gas and electricity bills. Nathan patiently taught me how to pay. I was very lucky to rent a house with Hafren Properties. Every employee in the office is very kind. Highly recommend this real estate company , Hafren Properties will never let you down! There you will also have the opportunity to meet a handsome guy with extraordinary temperament - Nathan!

My family and I recently relocated from Sri Lanka to Penarth, and our experience with Hafren Properties Ltd has been nothing short of exceptional. We initially stayed in temporary accommodation until we discovered Hafren Properties, and the transition to our new home was unbelievably smooth. From the beginning, the team at Hafren Properties demonstrated outstanding professionalism and efficiency. The entire process, from the initial inquiry to moving in, took a mere 4 days, a feat that's not easy to achieve when searching for family accommodation in the UK. I want to highlight the excellent communication we experienced throughout the entire process. Mehek, our representative, was not only punctual but also took the time to thoroughly explain all aspects of the property during our review appointment. Aaron, another representative, was equally friendly and worked seamlessly to ensure a swift rental process. Special thanks to Emily for her prompt responses to our emails, making us feel valued as clients. Hafren Properties impressed us with their transparency, quick response times, and effective coordination. It's evident that they prioritize customer satisfaction and go above and beyond to make the relocation process as smooth as possible. If you're in need of a reliable and efficient property rental agent in Penarth, I highly recommend Hafren Properties Ltd. Their friendly and dedicated team made our move a positive and stress-free experience.

Hafren managed the sale of our house in Cardiff. Things didn't go well as the first house in our chain fell through, twice! Aaron and his team did a great job through the whole process. Aaron made himself available to take calls at anytime do discuss any issues we had and always offered great advice. 5 star service at a very competitive price. I would highly recommend.

First, i need to say that they are really friendly and cooperative. I didn’t disappoint. Specially, Mehek Sayeed is so good, from first meeting to booking, she helped me to understand the full procedure. But one thing if you have proper documentation as they are required then it will be easy for you also for them to move forward. Otherwise everything fine. Thank you.

Antonio sold my property earlier on this year. All the way through the process of showings up until completion, I found him to be professional, hard working and totally understanding of my schedule and dates. Previously to using Hafren properties, I had my property listed with 3 other estate agents, none of which went above and beyond as much as Antonio at Hafren. My house had been on the market a little over 2 years and Antonio sold it within 4 months at a particularly hard time of year to sell and in a very difficult market place. I highly recommend this company and although I won’t be moving again, I wouldn’t hesitate in using them. Fantastic job guys, well done.
