GoogleDo not Rent 39 Strathnairn Street. The house is mouldy and the landlords did not fix it, when we tried to get a plumber as we thought there was a leak they got angry at us. We had consistent issues with mould yet still when we moved out they tried to take a large amount of deposit despite us leaving the house in a good state with the only issues being general wear and tear. We ended up disputing this and getting almost all the deposit back.
We are sorry to hear about the negative experience you encountered during your tenancy. Please be advised that we, as property managers, were not directly involved in the management of the property during your stay. The matters pertaining to maintenance and deposit disputes were handled solely by the landlords themselves. We regret any inconvenience or frustration this may have caused you. Should you require further assistance or clarification, please do not hesitate to contact us
