I recently rented a house through Hafren Agency, and my experience with them has been excellent. From the very beginning, their team was friendly, helpful, and very professional. I’m genuinely happy with the service I got from Hafren, and I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable agency for renting a home.

By far the worst letting agency I have had the displeasure of experiencing in Cardiff. They are completely unprofessional and treated us like children. They additionally attempted to charge us ludicrous amounts of money for ‘damages’ to the property which didn’t exist, including £150 for cleaning an oven? Fortunately the DPS saw through this company and didn’t award anything. I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere for more reasonably priced properties in Cardiff and for a more professional experience.
