What a lovely company. Prior to purchasing our forever home we rented for 18 months and had the pleasure of Hafren Properties as our landlords. From initial viewing right through to handing the keys back, everything was perfect. Every request for maintenance was handled swiftly and efficiently by James, his network of willing contractors serves them well. All of the office based tasks were dealt with by the lovely Neela, who was always quick with providing documents when requested. The finalisation of the tenancy Neela made easy and pleasant. The owners of the property were also very nice, and they have made a great choice using Hafren.

I had a viewing for a flat with Hafren in August, Aaron showed me two flats and gave me all the information I needed to make my decision, he helped me put a holding deposit down and was really professional, Neela helped with all my enquiries and signing the tenancy and all paperwork as well as giving me a move in date, she was extremely helpful and again made the process much easier. Since moving in James has been amazing with any repairs I have needed, and has helped with any questions or enquires, Hafren Properties have helped me feel secure over the past 5 months and they have all made the process of being a first time renter so much easier than I imagined it would be !!

Neela and Josh have both been fantastic for our family! We have recently had a baby so have outgrown our current property so we had a look on Zoopla and the property we are moving into is the one we had our hearts set on. Josh showed us round the property and was very nice and chatty and was just as excited as we were! Neela handled our paperwork and arranged a meeting with the landlord and now we are picking up the keys! After meeting the landlord, we were able to go back to the new property to have another look around and Josh was again just as excited as we were! Neela was fantastic and responsive to my messages with questions for the landlord and such and was very patient with us (I can be a bit of a nuisance as I like to chase things up!) I have just began renting from hafren properties. They were very responsive from the outset and Neela and James made the process quick, clear and simple. I was a bit dissapointed that the flat hadn't been cleaned when I got my keys, but this was resolved quickly and I trust that this was a one off mistake. Helpful staff and fast turnaround from viewing to move-in date. Great explanation about the pay as you go electricity key which I had not used before. Accommodating to requests with quick follow-up.
