Great communication! Always polite and reply promptly to any queries. Neela stayed later at the office to enable me to pick up my keys to my new property and so I am very grateful. I also recently managed to lock myself out and the team were amazing at gaining myself access again. Using Hafren properties is such a relief compared to previous experiences i've had with letting agents.

I'd just like to say how brilliant both Lucy and Mehek from Hafren properties have been helping us to overcome numerous obstacles to ensure that our son is sorted with a student house. Without their help he wouldn't have been in before freshers week. They both went the extra mile to help us and were kind and helpful at all times. Highly recommended

Overall, my experience with the staff at Hafren has been excellent. Neela oversaw my move and was efficient and responsive - I went from viewing the property to moving in over the course of two weeks and it may have been possible even sooner had I asked for an earlier moving date. On day two, I managed to lock my keys, phone, and shoes in the flat (a special kind of genius) and after getting in touch via a neighbour's phone, a member of staff (sorry, I don't know their name) was at my flat with the master key within 10-15 minutes. There have been a few issues with the flat itself which is why I've dropped a star but James' efficient and friendly responses whenever I've reported one of them have kept it up at 4. Overall, I'm very happy with the service Hafren have provided.
