I don't often write reviews but I would like the local community to know about my experience of Richard Willis who has recently taken over Fortis Properties. I'm moving house but not looking to buy or rent, I met with Richard and his knowledge was excellent, he was polite and professional and he was very kind. In the current climate he was very respectful and came prepared with PPE equipment to protect my family and he made sure we were safe at all times. I want to wish Richard all the best as he seems very driven to make Fortis the local agent to trust.

We signed with Fortis on the Friday and agreed a sale on the Monday! Richard Willis, the branch manager, was like a terrier with a stick - he didn't let go until the job was done. He kept us informed at all times, gave us guidance and advice but never pushed us. His knowledge of the market proved spot on. I would absolutely recommend using Richard and Fortis if you are looking for an agent.

Very unreliable. We drove for 2h for a viewing and when we got there, nobody was at the house and they wouldn't pick up the phone. After calling several times someone finally picked up and told us the house was sold so the viewing was cancelled. They didn't even try to contact us beforehand to let us know the viewing was cancelled. Unprofessional.

I recently sold my flat with Fortis and their service has been excellent. The price compares very favorably with other estate agents but the service was first class. The photos were excellent and they were very prompt at getting it on the market. I was always kept up to date and it was great having a local office on the doorstep. I would definitely recommend them.
