GoogleGood service - contacted 3 agents before settling on Fortis. One of the agents did not even contact me to discuss my needs. Tenant found within a few weeks and all the hassle taken out of my hands which was great so I am very pleased with what Leanne and Heather did for me - and kept me informed all through the process which is very important
Thank you Ron for the great review. We're happy we could help you!

GoogleUsed to be good but the people there now are unreliable, unprofessional and unhelpful. Very poor customer service. I'm sure there must be better agents around even if they may cost you a little more, at least you may actually get your property sold.
Dear James, We would like to take this opportunity to apologise for any inconvenience … More

GoogleI called Fortis Properties and I feel I was very fortunate to speak with Richard Willis the Branch Manager. I explained that I wanted to sell my apartment quickly, and he already new it because he had done his research and new the property very well, as they had let it years earlier. We chatted and within 24 hours the property was on the market. He took very good care of my tenant and explained what was going on and best of all he booked in one viewing and sold it! He has handled my sale with urgency and has been very professional. Great work

I want to thank the Branch Manager Richard Willis for his caring well mannered nature, and how he looked after me throughout the entire process of my securing a property. GoogleIt was like a breath of fresh air when finding a property rental through Fortis Properties, after having been very let down by another well known Estate Agents in Cardiff previously. Richard Willis guided us during the whole process which was such a big help and relief (especially as this was all new to us). We were regularly kept informed of everything and the whole process was very professional. We would highly recommend Fortis Properties (and Richard) and we will certainly be back when my daughter eventually decides to purchase her own property.
