I had an excellent experience with Fortis Estate Agents in Fairwater. Ben and his team delivered in 58 days from the first call to completion. From start to finish the process was efficient and completely stress free. The team were incredibly professional while maintaining a friendly and approachable attitude throughout. Communication was clear and timely an every step was handled with care and attention to detail. It is rare to find a service that feels both personal and polished. I must say Fortis absolutely delivered on both. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for a trustworthy and professional estate agent.

We used Richard Willis and Fortis Properties to sell my late mother's house on the recommendation of a neighbour whose house he had just sold. We were not disappointed. We were very impressed by the professionalism shown by himself and his team. Great estate agents and so accommodating. Quick to respond and can’t do enough for you. Leanne is great and will work with whatever suits you. A++ would definitely recommend and would definitely use again. Can’t believe I have just heard that Leanne no longer works at fortis. Such an absolute shame and a big loss to the team. Honestly she could not have done more for us, to the point of staying in work late so that we could view our property. Leanne actually made the purchasing of our property easy and enjoyable which usually isn’t the case. She would always make herself available to contact even out of hours, nothing was ever too much trouble.

I am changing my star rating from a 1 to a 5 as since the managers have changed the service has improved 1000% Mr Richard Willis has been helpful, honest and upfront with me and has done everything he can in the short space of time of knowing him to do everything he can to insure all is smooth with me vacating my property. Mr Willis is a credit to Fortis and I am glad that they have finally found someone worthy of branch manager as the previous was shocking horrible!

Excellent service so far! Leanne is professional and friendly. I felt comfortable as soon as I met her, as I am sure prospective buyers do also. Feedback is timely and regular and her local knowledge sets her apart. Nothing is too much for Leanne and she will happily go above and beyond. I know this hasn't been the easiest of rentals due to my cousin being out of work and his guarantor needing a lot of help with the online application. Leanne is without a doubt the best agent I have ever had the pleasure of meeting, let alone working with!!. To say she has gone over and above working with me to get through the hassles of selling my flat would be the understatement of the year!! I would have been completely lost without her support. The personal touches with the service is incredible and I have been made to feel like a person not just a fee payer throughout. I would not hesitate in recommending Fortis to anyone, Leanne and the team really know their stuff and this sets them so far ahead of the bigger companies "in, out, pay approach". This is evidenced in the fact it took less than a week to sell my flat where one of the "big three" estate agents couldn't do anything in over 4 months..........enough said!!

I made the decision to go with Fortis properties after researching other estate agents. They have been excellent. From the moment I made the initial contact and Richard Willis contacted me back I knew I had made the right decision. He was polite, professional, enthusiastic. From the very beginning of the process of listing my house I was kept updated, after every viewing Richard Willis fully updated me both verbally and in written form, this gave me time to review all my options, Richard Willis took the time to discuss those options with me so I could make informed decisions. If i ever had a query I knew that I could contact Richard Willis and he would always get back to me, I never had to chase him up. In my experience of dealing with Richard Willis if he said / promised to do something on your behalf it would be done. Even after the exchange of contracts Richard Willis kept me fully updated and maintained regular contact so I knew how the chain was progressing. The level of service that I received from Richard Willis can best be described as "outstanding" I would have no hesitation in recommending Richard Willis (and Fortis ) to friends and family or to anyone thinking of buying / selling thier house. When my tenants ended their rental agreement during lockdown I was concerned I wouldn't be able to rent out my flat during this time. I contacted Richard Willis at Fortis and he immediately put my mind at rest, promising there would be no problem getting new tenants. True to his word he organised the marketing of the property and conducted virtual tours and socially distanced viewings. He kept me updated and guided me through each stage. I ended up with many offers and had my pick of a suitable tenant who has moved in today meaning there was no break in rental income.
