Darlows is everything you hope to expect from an estate agent. From the beginning an efficient and prompt email to confirm the phone discussion followed up by a viewing where Lucy was incredibly informed and made the experience a delight. Lucy knew about the property, the area and offered excellent advice about the buying process. Although the viewing did not end in a sale we will definitely be using Darlows for future opportunities.

GoogleI would just like to say that Sophie did an excellent job in securing an electrician very rapidly today and, consequently, the problem was quickly resolved for my tenant. She has also undertaken to acquire quotes from a contractor for some further work needed at the flat. She handled the telephone calls politely and efficiently. Many thanks Sophie!

Me and my girlfriend are first time renters and was very hesitant at the start however darlows made the experience extremely easy and effortless. Ollie the estate agent has been a huge help getting answers as quick as possible and super polite towards me and my Girlfriend. Really good work ethic!! GoogleI highly recommend Darlowa Estate and Letting Agents. Amazing service! Though I never had any issues with the property, recently had a toilet blockage. I spoke to Gareth Coleman from Property Management in Albany and he sorted the issue in a friendly and professional manner.
