Terrible company. All they do is push their mortgage at the end of every conversation even though I blatantly told them I had used a personal broker. They've also gamified the system so that people who don't have a mortgage through them aren't given priority on viewings and open house offers. No sense of the individuals experience seeking their dream home just naked capitalism.

GoogleI've seen many properties with various different estate agents- but I feel Darlows Llanishen & Canton branch were particularly helpful. Olivia and Sarah always knew a lot about the property when asked questions, they did not have the "pushy sell" attitude by understood our needs and requirements as well as not filling my email inbox with unnecessary and irrelevant properties available on the market! Very happy with Sarah's negotiating skills too!

I just sold my house through Darlows. Had an excellent service first from Livvy and then Natalie. we opted for an Open Day and that was a huge success, with an extremely quick sale. The exchange itself took a little while but I was kept informed throughout of any issues and despite this it was stress-free. I would highly recommend Darlows and would certainly use then again. I am very disappointed with Darlows Est Agent Merthyr Tydfil. My wife emailed the office and telephoned them twice to requested a property viewing, she was assured that they would contact her to arrange an appointment this was three day ago and have not heard anything back from them. This is not good for Darlows

GoogleI initially had some problems getting my offer taken seriously, but after speaking to Tim Davies he was really helpful and I believe he tried his best to secure me a property. 5 stars for Tim but due to the initial hiccups only 4 stars

Stay away from Darlows and Spicerhaart. They are horrendous at managing properties and tenancy agreements.They don’t care if you have no electric or damp or heating. The 5 years they managed our rental property they caused immense amounts of stress. The advisors they have working for them are utterly clueless.They’ll never return your call or answer emails. Stay away.
