I have rented through CPS begrudgingly for 3 years, with problems every year. They have not cared about serious problems and have made it obvious that they side with the landlord every time, regardless of the state of the house. Thrilled to know I never have to deal with them again after leaving uni.

I was really impressed by the professionalism and service we were given whilst searching for the right property. The staff were very friendly and weren't pushy towards getting a place. Not many agencies provide this sort of service and it made it easier for us to feel more confident in our decision.

Overall, I would say our experience was average. At first they were very professional and helpful. Then when the property didn't have much movement, they kept asking us to drop the price they had suggested to us. During the negotiating process it also seemed they were more on the side of the buyers than ours.

GoogleBe careful. They put a lot of pressure on students especially freshers. Have been there once and they literally told us the house was taken while we were checking it out on the computer. Then the next day we went again and they said the house was ditched so it's available again. There are better agencies
